- You are purchasing a product/service from TreeTac, Israeli licensed dealer (no’ 037572187) whose address is at Degania Bet 151300, PO Box 353 and http://www.treetac.com/. TreeTac can also be reached at +44-7401-106623 and at info@treetac.com.
- The products/services sold by TreeTac provide professional solutions to Emergency, Tactical & Combat medicine. All products and services are listed to details on TreeTac’s website on http://www.treetac.com/.
- TreeTac is the manufacturer of the textile solutions integrated into the products and services it sells. The identity of the other manufacturers is indicated near every product offered on TreeTac’s website on http://www.treetac.com/.
- The price and payment terms of each product and/or service are detailed, or will be detailed, in the quote provided to you by TreeTac. The quote will also include the products’ and/or the services’ supply terms.
- A warranty to the products and services provided by TreeTac will be provided under the terms set forth by the Israeli law.
- As long as the product purchased was not tailored-made for you, as long as the product’s original box was not opened (if the product can be copied, reproduced, or duplicated), as long as the product and/or the service is not non-refundable under the Israeli law, as long as the product’s and/or service’s value exceeds 50 NIS (if the cancellation made under the terms set forth in section 6.6.), you may cancel the deal in the following terms:
6.1. If you purchased a product, from the purchase date and until the fourteenth day following the product’s delivery;
6.2. If you purchased a service, within fourteen days after the purchase was made and as long as the cancellation is done at least two (week) days prior to the date the service was scheduled to be given;
6.3. The cancellation notice will include your full name, ID number and contact information, the receipt/invoice TreeTac provided you when the deal was made, and will be entered in one of the following ways:
6.3.1. Orally – through the phone or in TreeTac’s business place;
6.3.2. Certified mail;
6.3.3. Email;
6.3.4. TreeTac’s website on http://www.treetac.com/.
6.4. Provided that the deal with TreeTac was made online, if you are a Person with a Disability (as defined by the 1998 Israeli Equal Rights for People with Disability Act), Senior Citizen (over 65 years old), or a Newcomer (less than five years elapsed since a Newcomer certificate or a certificate indicating eligibility to a Newcomer status was provided to you by the Israeli Department of Immigration), you are entitled to cancel the deal within four months since it was made, or from the day the product was delivered to you, whichever is later. To cancel the deal, TreeTac will be entitled to require that you present one of the following certificates indicating you are a Person with a Disability, a Senior Citizen or a Newcomer:
6.4.1. Certificate provided to you by the State of Israel indicating you are a Senior Citizen;
6.4.2. Certificate provided to you by the Israeli Department of Immigration indicating you are a Newcomer;
6.4.3. Certificate provided to you by an authorized Israeli official indicating that you are a Person with a Disability valid for at least six months prior to the presentation;
6.4.4. Any other certificate listed in the Fifth Annex to the 1981 Israeli Consumer Protection Act.
6.5. If you cancel the deal because the product is defective, the product and/or the service does not comply with TreeTac’s presentation, the product and/or the service was not supplied on time, or due to any other deal breach by TreeTac, the following terms will also apply:
6.5.1. TreeTac will return to you, within fourteen days from the day the cancellation notice was entered, the sum of money paid, will cancel any future debit related with the deal, will provide you with a copy of the cancellation notice, and will not charge any cancellation fee;
6.5.2. You will return to TreeTac the product you purchased and was supplied to you, or any other product related to the deal cancelled, in the same way it was supplied to you, and provide a notice of return to TreeTac.
6.5.3. If TreeTac had began to provide the service related to the cancelled deal, the payment for the provided service will be deducted from the sum of money returned to you.
6.5.4. If TreeTac had made any fixations at your premises to provide the service related to the cancelled deal, TreeTac will be entitled to charge fee for such fixations and dismantling, if necessary, not exceeding 100 NIS.
6.5.5. Notwithstanding the abovementioned, TreeTac will be entitled to claim its damages for any significant loss of value to the product you returned.
6.6. If you cancel the deal for any other reason, the value of the product and/or service you purchased exceeds 50 NIS, you have not used the product and it had not been damaged, the following terms will also apply:
6.6.1. TreeTac will return to you, within fourteen days from the day the cancellation notice was entered, the sum of money paid, will cancel any future debit related with the deal, will provide you with a copy of the cancellation notice, and will not charge fees, except for cancellation fee not exceeding 5% of the product’s and/or service’s price, or 100 NIS, whichever is lower;
6.6.2. You will return to TreeTac the product you purchased and was supplied to you, or any other product related to the deal cancelled, in the same way it was supplied to you, and provide a notice of return to TreeTac.
6.6.3. If TreeTac had began to provide the service related to the cancelled deal, the payment for the provided service will be deducted from the sum of money returned to you.
6.6.4. If TreeTac had made any fixations at your premises to provide the service related to the cancelled deal, TreeTac will be entitled to charge fee for such fixations and dismantling, if necessary, not exceeding 100 NIS.
6.6.5. Notwithstanding the abovementioned, TreeTac will be entitled to claim its damages for any significant loss of value to the product you returned.
6.7. Notwithstanding all the abovementioned, and within the limits set by the Israeli law, in its full discretion, TreeTac will be entitled to award a Credit Voucher in the amount of, and instead of reimbursing, the money you paid for the product and/or service related to the deal you cancelled. The Credit Voucher will be valid for at least two years from the day it was provided to you and its execution will not be conditioned on presenting the invoice provided to you when the deal was made;
6.8. In addition, when the Credit Voucher will be executed, if you then purchase a product and/or a service whose value is less than up to 5% of the value indicated on the Credit Voucher, or less than 100 NIS from the value indicated on the Credit Voucher, whichever is lower, you will be entitled to receive your change from TreeTac in cash.
